The Younger Brothers

Inducted into the Manitoba Country Music Hall of Fame in 2022

The country band of Metis brothers grew up in Richer, Manitoba, they’re from a musical family of 13 Dutiaume children. Their mother Emma who just turned 100 last month was present in the audience.

The Younger Brothers formed in the early 90s and were hailed for their musicianship as each player often rotated instruments during their stage show. Their single “Boss Man” became a national radio hit. They toured through much of western Canada and built up a large following.
